This is a large telecommunications solutions provider who is going through rapid growth. Based across the UK they are looking for an experienced IT service desk analyst
Job Description
You will be responsible for logging and triaging all incidents and using online service desk to handle support calls. You will be adept at working with a Microsoft environment using Office 365 and Active Directory on a daily basis with exposure managing other applications such as SCCM and SQL applications desirable but not essential.
You will provide a professional and high-quality interface between systems support and its customers, ensuring customers feel assured they will be helped. You will be using a FreshService ticketing system whilst maintaining systems support information and documentation for both end users and within the team.You will also be required to provide ad-hoc project support across the wide Technology team.
The Successful Applicant
You will be articulate and passionate about providing exceptional customer services via phone and email. You will be self motivated with a positive attitude to learn and will have 2-3 years providing technical IT support in Microsoft and Windows server environments
