Retail Sales Advisor
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40hrs per week), Immediate Start
Location: Onsite - Carnaby Street, London W1F 9QF
Reports to: Store Manager; Assistant Store Manager

Now we're looking for a Retail Sales Advisor who lives those values to join the team at our flagship Carnaby Street store. You'll be the face of G-SHOCK - inspiring customers, creating memorable experiences and representing a brand that stands for strength and style.
No watch experience? No problem. We'll train you to become a product expert - all you need is passion, energy and a desire to learn. You'll join a close-knit team of 5, bringing bold energy to the shop floor every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Smash Targets
- Actively engage every customer and turn conversations into sales.
- Confidently recommend products, explain features and upsell where appropriate.
- Focus on meeting and exceeding store sales targets and personal KPIs.
- Stay switched on to promotions, new launches and bestsellers.
- Create Unforgettable Experiences
- Deliver genuine, memorable service that keeps customers coming back.
- Build strong relationships with customers and create a loyal fan base for G-SHOCK.
- Own the Look and Feel
- Maintain an inspiring store environment; keeping displays sharp and stock fully replenished.
- Make sure every product is perfectly presented, priced and ready to sell.
- Protect What Matters
- Follow store security, cash handling and stock control procedures.
- Help minimise stock loss and protect the brand's integrity.
- Be Part of the Action
- Support instore activations, events and merchandising updates.
- Assist with occasional social media activities to help drive store traffic and engagement.
- Grow With Us
- Take part in ongoing product training and become an expert in what you sell.
- Stay hungry to learn, improve and achieve personal and store-wide goals.
