This is a full time, permanent role offering £46,305 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing H&S policies and procedures.Provide daily support to managers on H&S matters, promoting a culture of risk accountability.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
Support accident reporting and lead investigations when necessary.
Deliver H&S training and collaborate with managers to enhance safety practices.
About You:
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and best practices.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience in H&S policy development and practical risk reduction.
Ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels.
