Project Quantity Surveyor

The initial project has an 18-24 month construction phase that begins soon in Westminster.

• Pricing and managing change/variations.
• Site Meetings and responsible for the day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts (24 month construction phase).

• 3+ years' experience within a construction quantity surveying position with a developer, main or fit out contractor.
• Experience as a site No.1.
• Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and management.

• £50,000 - £70,000 salary depending on experience.
• Path for progression with a reputable, £60 million plus turnover, London/Essex based contractor.
