Are you an ambitious Chef looking for your first management role within an award winning kitchen?

If you’ve got an appetite for providing a memorable food service and are keen to help deliver this to our visitors and overnight guests, we’d love to hear from you!

We're looking for someone with experience in large scale service, with lunch covers anywhere from 30 to 200, who can multitask, prioritise, and get stuck in to whichever element of the kitchen needs them most. Currently have a team of 3 chefs and 2 kitchen assistants, and this role will be a great opportunity for someone with an all round high volume back ground.

The Package; At a Glance;

A great working venue.

£35,000 raising to £40,000 on successful completion of probation.

31 Days holiday per annum pro rata (inclusive of bank holidays, which are normal working days). Work/life balance is very important to our team, and we're looking for 42 hours a week. Off-peak we are only open two evenings a week, which will be shared between 4 chefs.

Normal hours 8-4. Time off in lieu when more hours worked.

This exciting role is based is one of the UK’s leading rural attractions, based in The Cotswolds. They are growing fast, and are looking for the best people to help them on the next chapter of their journey.

They are looking for a Sous Chef, with a minimum of 3 years experience, to work on a full time, permanent basis, 5 days per week including up to 3 evening shifts during peak periods (Generally school holidays/summer months).

This is a multi- faceted role, great for someone keen to get involved in menu creation and learn the running of a large scale business! If you’ve got an appetite for providing a memorable food service and are keen to help deliver this to our visitors and overnight guests, we’d love to hear from you.

The role will involve supporting with all aspects of the management of the back of house operation - including breakfast, lunch and dinner service, events management, bakery operation, menu creation for restaurant, events and outlets.
