Role Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide in-depth customer support on a range of products and technologies via phone and email
- Provide specific guidance on configuration and set-up of equipment
- Help customers to understand and adapt to new products quickly
- Assist in efficient diagnosing and rectifying of issues
- Determine customer's specific requirements and meet this need with the design of a 'best fit' solution
Rewards
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will receive:
- A starting salary on £28,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual uncapped bonus
- Optional membership of the excellent company pension scheme
- 25 days holiday allowance
- Working hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00-17:00 Friday
Requirements
To be successful in this Technical Support Engineer role, you should be:
- From a CCTV or IT Networking background
- An excellent communicator with strong computer skills
- Able to learn new concepts quickly
