We provide support for those where mainstream education has not been suitable and for those that may be considered as EBSA/EBSNA (emotional based school avoidance or non-attendance).
A great deal of care has been taken to ensure the school provides a nurturing, therapeutic, and stimulating environment adapted to the individual needs of our pupils so they feel safe, secure, and valued at all times. The Willows uses a trauma informed approach in all aspects of school life.
We offer a full academic pathway underpinned by vocational programmes, entry level qualifications and Functional Skills up to GCSE Level and pride ourselves on providing a bespoke, personalised curriculum for all of our learners, including a full therapy offer. As part of our wider curriculum offer, we provide opportunities for our pupils to engage in a variety of practical and off-site activities to promote independence and develop their life skills.
We are seeking highly efficient and effective to run the school's business operations.
