The Estate Services Coordinator (PO1) plays a vital role in the management and coordination of various estate service activities within our organization. This position requires a proactive individual who is adept at juggling multiple tasks and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
As the main point of contact for estate-related services, the coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders, including property managers, residents, and external vendors, to ensure that all estate matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, managing property inventories, and overseeing event logistics, creating an organized and productive workflow. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as the role involves not only addressing inquiries and concerns but also disseminating important information to stakeholders.
The Estate Services Coordinator will also play a crucial role in the execution of estate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day estate services operations.
Serve as the primary liaison between estate management, residents, and external contractors.
Schedule routine maintenance and repairs across properties.
Prepare and manage reports related to estate services and activities.
Assist in organizing estate events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure adherence to standards.

Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate management or related services.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in estate management.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Hours Per Week: 35.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.62
