What's the role about?Join our dynamic Retail team as a Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the management team, ensuring that our team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.
Who you are:- Proven experience in supervising a team.
- Strong background in a customer-facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
- Ability to guide and coach others.

- Driving sales by monitoring the team’s KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service.
- Collaborating with the store leadership team to ensure the business plan is communicated clearly throughout the team.
- Providing in-depth knowledge of our brand and products to customers and team members.
- Actively engaging in and undertaking duties that support store operations.
- Leading team briefs and contributing to team meetings.
- Assisting store management with team development.
