Clear Junction is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Product Specialist to join our growing Product Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping client solutions, and collaborating across departments including Sales, IT, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and integration.

You will lead client solution development, and technical integrations, and ensure compliance throughout the process. This role will be reporting to the Product Banking Relationship Director.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities:

  • Put together the client needs, client regulatory status, and CJ capabilities to draft the client solution brief.
  • Lead the development of the detailed client solution, and oversee the client account setup and technical integration.
  • Negotiate the statement of work with the client and ensure its acceptance.
  • Liaise with the IT Team to ensure efficient development of the client solution.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Work with a prospective or current Client, as well as relevant representatives of the Sales and Marketing Department, Risk and Compliance Department, IT Department, and Operations Department during the client onboarding and integration process, or upsell/cross-sell and integration process.
  • Consult with the Product Team, Pre-Sales Compliance Specialist, AML Team, IT Team and/or other members and teams of CJ, as feasible.
  • Support the Pre-Sales Compliance Specialist during client due diligence review.
  • Put together the client needs, client regulatory status and CJ capabilities in order to draft the client solution brief.
  • Supporting the Sales/Relationship Manager Team when developing the offer and contract, and agreeing on them with the client.
  • Leading development of the detailed client solution, as well as overseeing the client account setup and technical integration;
  • Negotiate the statement of work with and ensure acceptance from the client.
  • Liaise with the IT Team to ensure efficient development of the client solution.
  • Play the leading role in ensuring compliance with CJ solutions developed by the PSPS, as well as related project management activities.
  • Contribute to building the knowledge base on products and client solutions of CJ. Be the go-to expert and consultant for internal teams.
  • Maintaining required records and documentation.
  • Develop reports for the PBR Director/Head of.
  • Develop proposals for improvements including CJ Products, Solutions, Services and Processes.
Requirements
  • A degree level or equivalent industry standard qualification is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in a similar capacity in the fintech/payments space with an emphasis on product design
  • Experience with domestic and cross-border payment systems (SEPA, FPS, CHAPS, SWIFT, ACH and others).
  • Understand the correspondent banking infrastructure.
  • Good knowledge of agile product development processes.
  • Exceptional collaboration and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on managing cross-departmental projects.
  • Solid knowledge of Blockchain practices and associated product trends.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • A can-do attitude to make a positive contribution to the company.
  • Previous client management experience is advantageous.
  • Able to work with people cross-departmentally and across different time zones.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the firm professionally and tactfully.
  • Knowledge of payment services and crypto is strongly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
