£12ph, Outskirts of Knaresborough, Part time flexible hours-15-25 hours per week.
Due to continued business growth we are currently recruiting part time customer service administrators for this small friendly customer service department.Hours can be flexible between 15-25 per week. We are ideally looking for 3 consecutive days but these hours can be worked around school hours if required.
You will report directly to the customer service manager and work closely with your team. You will provide essential support for all departments throughout the business and provide day to day operational administration.
Part Time Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:
- Take all incoming calls
- Manage customer service inbox
- Answer customer queries
- Log engineer call outs
- Manage stock
- Process sales and purchase order numbers
- Process quotations
- Arrange returns
- Process invoices and invoice filing
- Deal with invoice enquiries
- Update CRM system
- Assist other departments as and when required
Part Time Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
- You will have strong administration skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- A keen eye for detail
- Have the ability to prioritise your workload
- You will ideally need your own transport due to office location
This part time customer service administrator role would suit someone who has previously worked as a customer service advisor, office administrator, service administrator or installation planner. You will have good customer service skills and have a friendly telephone manner.
