Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Finance Assistant will include:

• Supporting the Accounting & Finance team with day-to-day operations.
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
• Contributing to the completion of monthly and yearly financial statements.
• Ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and expense reports.
• Acting as a point of contact for financial inquiries from other departments.
• Helping to streamline and improve financial processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• An educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Working experience in an accounts based or transactional finance role.
• A strong command of financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• A salary range of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.
