Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our care homes located in Coventry, Buckinghamshire, Wolverhampton, and Sheffield. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for elderly and dementia care, who can drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of multiple care homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
- Lead and support care home managers, providing guidance and professional development.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment across all sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational consistency and address any issues promptly.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or care home sector.
- Strong understanding of elderly and dementia care practices and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between sites.
- Valid driver's license.
- Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000.
