Civil Litigation/Housing Lawyer
LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking two Civil Litigation Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Civil Litigation Lawyers will be required to advise and have conduct of legal files relating to civil litigation, homelessness, anti-social behaviour, possession proceedings and licensing matters. It is essential you have a broad litigation background to undertake this role.
Previous local government experience in this area is advantageous. Candidates must have a current practising certificate and UK housing litigation experience.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than 2-3 weeks’ notice. This is a hybrid working role so office attendance is required.
