What skills and experience we're looking for
The Role
As the first point of contact in our school office, you’ll provide a warm welcome to pupils, parents, staff, and visitors. This is a varied and rewarding role, requiring you to manage a wide range of administrative tasks that are vital to the smooth running of our school.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing front-of-house reception duties with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintaining pupil records, handling correspondence, and supporting attendance tracking.
- Providing administrative support for staff, including diary management and event coordination.
- Ensuring the school office runs efficiently and effectively.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with a wide range of people.
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with IT systems (experience with Arbor would be an advantage but is not essential).
