The Role
This position has arisen due to a long-term staff absence. The Headteacher is seeking a proactive teacher to join the KS2 team and address the needs of a class exhibiting challenging behaviours, whose academic progress currently falls below expectations.The class encompasses pupils of varying abilities, requiring differentiated and creative teaching strategies to foster engagement and accelerate progress.
This role presents a rewarding challenge for a skilled teacher with a proven record of raising academic attainment.
Essential Candidate Requirements- A genuine commitment to raising pupil attainment
- A passion for teaching Mathematics
- Full UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A strong track record of improving academic outcomes across KS2
- Availability from April 2025
