Nursing Associate part time
Working 22.5 hours per week as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Nursing Associate role will see you bridge the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Nurses, supporting them and the wider team to deliver high quality, person-centred, compassionate care to Service Users.
With experience from the NHS or private sector, youll have a natural way with people and be able to communicate effectively as you provide person-centred care and support for adults with acute mental health conditions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be supported and, will have access to a range of training courses and professional development to support your career growth.

Participating in the supervision, caseload monitoring and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff with support of senior staff Where you will be working: Location: Pinhoe View, College Way, EXETER, EX1 3PZPinhoe View is a new purpose-built facility where a range of mental health services are provided for adults with acute mental health conditions across two wards and eight individual flats.The 24-hour acute inpatient service is supported by a full multidisciplinary team, which specialises in the assessment, treatment and stabilisation of people suffering from a significant mental health episode and in crisis.
