KS2 Teaching Assistant - Warrington
Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Macclesfield looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support Year 6 students in preparation for their SATs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students' academic growth and those wanting to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students requiring additional help.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assisting the class teacher in maintaining the schools behaviour policies
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials.
Qualifications:
Desirable: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.Essential: Experience working with primary-aged children.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Safeguarding Training (must be done through Teaching Personnel)
