The Clermont Victoria is a very popular city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a £20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional manager to deliver the highest standards of service in our restaurants and bars. If you have supervisory experience in a high volume service environment and can inspire a team we may have the role for you.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will provide support to the Restaurant Manager in managing the day to day restaurant operations and delivering an excellent guest experience. You will also be involved in the recruitment, management, training and development of the restaurant team.You will also be expected to ensure that exceptional levels or service are delivered at all times and guest queries are dealt with professionally and appropriately, as well as having responsibility for stock takes and ensuring payroll is within budget.
As an Assistant Manager you should be able to demonstrate the potential to move into a Head of Department role in due course and if this is your aspiration we will do everything we can to support your development towards this goal.
