Content, Social Media and E-Commerce Assistant (Part time)

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term (Part-time, 3 days per week, potentially 9 am to 5 pm but there is some flexibility for the right candidate)

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance our online presence and grow our e-commerce platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing social media content, creating and maintaining online shops, and actively participating in video content creation.
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are not only comfortable with managing social media platforms but also highly confident in actively participating in video content creation. You will need to feature prominently in the videos, not just behind the camera, but in front of it, showcasing products, interacting with audiences, and presenting content directly.Your confidence in being recorded and engaging with the audience on platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook will be critical, as you will play a key role in building and maintaining our brand's online presence.
Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro) to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity.We kindly request that you provide a link to your portfolio in your CV, which includes examples of both social media and Adobe-related work. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Post engaging content regularly on Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook to grow our audience and engagement.
- Content Creation & Participation: Participate in video content creation (both behind and in front of the camera) and use Adobe software to edit images and videos.
- E-Commerce Shop Setup & Maintenance: Set up and manage Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook shops, ensuring accurate product listings.
- Google Shopping: [Preferred] Experience with setting up and managing Google Shopping ads to promote products.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media accounts (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing and editing content.
- Willingness to be featured in social media content.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Tik Tok Shop, Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop).
- Basic knowledge of Google Shopping (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Hours & Contract Details:
- Working Hours: 3 days per week (9 am to 5 pm, flexible).
- Contract Length: 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
