Social Worker - Adult Learning Disability team
An exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to work within the Multidisciplinary Learning Disability Partnership team.

As a social worker in our team, you will be responsible for carrying out duties under the care act, including assessment, developing care and support plans to meet assessment needs, completing Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments, and conducting safeguarding investigations.You will also receive support to undertake court work, including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs) applications and report writing.
You will be joining a highly supportive team of professionals who take pride in collaborative working to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people we support. Regular supervision will be provided to ensure your wellbeing and professional Development, helping you grow in your role and reach your full potential.
About you
If you:
- Court room experience would be of benefit along with previous working knowledge of people with
- Are a qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
- Hold a full driver’s licence and have the ability to work from a variety of locations and travel countywide independently
- Are willing to learn and be flexible in your approach
