Territory covers: West London & Surrounding areas.

Full time, 12 months fixed term contract

Working days: Wednesday – Sunday

Salary: Salary up to £37,000 per annum, Performance related bonus (paid quarterly) & company vehicle or car allowance.

About the Role:
Are you a dynamic leader with the skills to drive sales performance and manage a successful team in the tech industry? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Meta account and lead a team focused on driving the sales of Meta’s latest products and innovations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a field-based role, where your leadership will directly impact our sales success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate Market Managers and Brand Ambassadors to meet sales objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data, implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee travel and expense budgets for direct reports.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities and threats in the tech space.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience managing and leading sales teams, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Strong ability to analyse sales data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or bans).
