The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll independently manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Re-mortgages and equity release transactions
- Ensuring smooth transactions from instruction to post-completion
This is a key position within a busy department, offering the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying the support of an established firm.
About You
We are seeking a qualified candidate with:
- 3+ years of Residential Conveyancing experience
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently and without supervision
- Strong organisational and client communication skills
