We have a vacancies for Production Operator's to join our team at our Ochils site in beautiful Perthshire, right where our Natural Source Highland Spring Water is drawn from.

Our Production Operators are responsible for the production of our high-quality product. Operating within our high-speed bottle blowing, filling, and packaging lines.

Here are some of the daily tasks and requirements you can expect from this role:

Ensuring the smooth running of the product so that production targets are met
Ensuring product changeovers are completed within set timescales
Routine maintenance and lubrication of machinery
Ability to work unsupervised
Adherence to cleaning, hygiene, and Company regulations
High work ethic essential to a continuous improvement culture
Adherence to Health & Safety procedures
Accurate recording of data and production information

Requirements

We are looking for motivated, team players, with great attention to detail, and the desire to learn and continually improve.

Previous experience in a high volume FMCG, manufacturing industry would be advantageous.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel to site is essential.

Working hours will be a rotational four on four off day and night shift pattern, dayshift (06.45 to 19.00) followed by night shift (18.45 to 07.00).

Starting salary for a Production Operator A is £30,918.89 with a role and reward structure in place to provide progression and reward for skills sets achieved.
