Right now, one in four people in the UK with a terminal illness, do not get the care or support they deserve at the end of their lives. We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our Inpatients Unit and Liverpool Hospice. Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week Salary: AFC BAND 5 £28,407- £34,581 pro rata, per annum Enhancements: 30% x your basic salary per hour paid for Saturdays & weekday night duty (8pm to 6am)and 60% x your basic salary per hour paid for Sundays and Public Bank Holidays As a Registered Nurse, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary Team, working towards providing holistic, person-centred, end of life care, including assessing and understanding the care and support needs of patients and those important to them, planning and providing person centred care based on individual needs.

You will research and network across the system to understand the wide range of services available to patients and those important to them and work with other providers, supporting the wider system to improve the experience of dying, death and bereavement.

You will assume responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based, high quality person-centred nursing care for people living with a terminal illness and those important to them.
