Duties:As the Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the service office runs like a well-oiled machine. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing the service office and driving its profitability.
- Building strong relationships with customers and keeping them updated on their service progress.
- Liaising directly with the skilled technicians for timely updates.
- Regularly processing time sheets to ensure smooth operations.
- Raising job cards and invoices.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when handling cash.
- Previous experience in a service department.
- A commitment to providing superior customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to work within both an office and workshop environment, showcasing your teamwork spirit.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A self-motivated attitude, confidence, and initiative.
