ASSISTANT BUILDING SURVEYOR - PERMANENT - EXETER - 30 000 - 35 000 YEAR
ARM is working with a leading global infrastructure consultancy and we are looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor Building Surveyor to join their team to work across varied interesting work with public and private clients About You- A bachelor s degree in building surveying will be highly advantageous
- You must be able to demonstrate good all round-surveying experience and have experience of both pre and post contract project management
- Strong IT skills as well as an awareness of BIM systems is important
You will be responsible for managing a number of projects across varied sectors providing building surveying and project management duties This is an associate role so you will be responsible for managing client relationships as well as supporting senior managers in the day-to-day of running the business
This role will be based in Exeter on a hybrid basis What you can expect in return
