About our Nursery
Busy Bees Irby is an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" nursery with a capacity of 70 children, set in a charming converted farmhouse-style building featuring a beautifully refurbished landscaped garden. Nestled in the idyllic village of Irby, the nursery benefits from a peaceful location while also offering good transport links, with local bus routes serving Birkenhead and Liverpool and the M53 motorway just a 10-minute drive away.The nursery enjoys picturesque surroundings, including farmland and neighboring horses, creating a delightful atmosphere for children to learn and play. Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
