We are looking for a well organised individual to work as a medical secretary in our diabetes and endocrine service within the Wolfson Diabetes and Endocrine Clinic. This role would be suited to an experienced secretary/PA, with medical terminology knowledge.

You will be someone who is approachable and helpful. You will be working as part of a secretarial team and cross-cover would be required from time to time, so a flexible attitude and team player is essential. Working from home occasionally can be arranged once suitable training has been provided.

Key skills include accurate typing, ability to multi-task, excellent telephone manner, Microsoft office knowledge including Excel, ability to prioritise workload, working independently while exercising diligence to prioritise workload to meet changing demands within the service, minute taking, along with excellent communications skills.

You must be able to uphold the Trust values of Safe, Kind and Excellent at all times.
