Description of the Role

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Employee Benefits team, ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts and assisting with sales activities. Your role will include maintaining accurate records, supporting customer inquiries, and contributing to high levels of client satisfaction.

Skills Needed
  • Education: GCSE standard or equivalent.

  • Compliance Understanding: Knowledge of compliance principles and FCA standards is beneficial.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experience with systems like EPIC, MS Office, and insurer portals is preferred.
