Description of the Role
As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Employee Benefits team, ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts and assisting with sales activities. Your role will include maintaining accurate records, supporting customer inquiries, and contributing to high levels of client satisfaction.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background to build skills in a supportive team and grow within a leading insurance group.
Skills Needed- Education: GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in administration, ideally within professional services, with an eagerness to learn and develop.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the employee benefits sector, including private medical insurance and business protection, is an advantage.
- Compliance Understanding: Knowledge of compliance principles and FCA standards is beneficial.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with systems like EPIC, MS Office, and insurer portals is preferred.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, self-discipline, and flexibility to support the wider team.
