HR Assistant - Fast-Growing International Brand

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Negotiable DOE)

The Role

You will support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and employee engagement. The role is fully office-based in West London, working closely with senior stakeholders in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting onboarding, contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
• Maintaining accurate HR records and systems
• Coordinating interviews and supporting recruitment activity
• Assisting with payroll inputs, benefits administration and HR metrics
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives, training and development
• Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries

• Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline
• CIPD qualification (or working towards CIPD Level 3 or above) highly beneficial
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive, commercial mindset
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving business
• Previous HR or administrative experience advantageous
• Background in automotive, OEM, mobility or similar commercial environments beneficial but not essential
