Duties and Responsibilities of the Part Time Accounts Assistant: Responsible for incoming paperwork Matching CMJ invoices to store copies Working through CMJ statements to work out the RFC or payable invoices Checking CMJ invoices are stocked into bransom correctly Chasing stores for outstanding invoices Invoice coding - Generals/CMJ/Pandora invoices Preparing banking sheets, log petty cash and complete cashbook Filing all paperwork and organising filing system Minimum Experience Required: Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing principles Excellent numerical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information.
Effective organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
