ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve their potential.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on financial performance.
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to ensure liquidity.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Proven track record of financial analysis and reporting.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Hours Per Week: 37.00

Pay Per Hour: £15.44
