What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Providing emotional and social support to students✅ Helping to manage behavior and promote a positive school environment
✅ Supporting students with attendance and wellbeing concerns
✅ Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in pastoral care, youth work, or a school environment✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔️ A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
✔️ A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
