Your Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Handle a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Work closely with in-house teams for onboarding, post-completion and business support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other property professionals

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally at least three years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews and leasehold matters
• Candidates based in Plymouth or with strong local connections are preferred
• Any experience in agricultural or investment property transactions is a plus
