Sales Support Coordinator
  • Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our client based in Wolverhampton. This role is integral to operations, providing comprehensive support across various aspects of sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration and a keen understanding of shipping logistics and international trade.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Raise and process quotes for preventative maintenance contracts, ensuring timely submission and negotiation of terms.
  • Provide administrative support, manage customer opportunities, prepare reports, and handle inquiries.
  • Ensure UK and export sales inquiries comply with international trade regulations, coordinate shipping logistics, issue invoices, and provide shipping quotes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and accurate responses.
  • Liaise between sales, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track orders and shipments, managing progress to ensure smooth processing.
  • Attend export and sales meetings to provide updates on order progress.
  • Conduct research on customs regulations and ensure compliance with export procedures.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate project and customer information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, inside sales, or similar roles.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in managing orders and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
