Search are recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant for their Kirkcaldy based client, offer a full time contract at £25,000 - £28,000 DOE.

35hrs per week, based fully in the office

Working as part of a small and friendly team in the heart of Kirkcaldy.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Raising and matching POs
  • Credit control
  • Spreadsheet management
  • Reports for the Finance Manager
  • Administrative support to the wider team - ad-hoc

Who we are looking for:

  • MS Office skills, Sage or Xero preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience across both purchase ledger and credit control essential
  • Good team player
