Leisure Attendant (Full time)
Millfield boasts a distinguished reputation in swimming, encompassing student swim programs, private lessons, and impressive 50m and 25m pools. Integral to this achievement are our exceptional Leisure Attendants and dedicated pool facilities team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for all aspects of pool management to join us as a full-time Leisure Attendant. Key responsibilities include lifeguarding at both Millfield Main Pool and Millfield Prep Pool, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, codes of practice, and operational protocols to safeguard all users.Additionally, supervision of the Cricket Centre and Golf Centre will be part of the role.
A valid NPLQ certificate is essential, and prior lifeguarding experience is advantageous. The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence, a collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week on a shift rota, predominantly early mornings and day shifts however this will also include some weekends, evenings and bank holidays. In recognition of your commitment and expertise, you will receive a salary of £21,445 per annum, supplemented by an extensive range of benefits.
