We are looking for a new key member of the team, to assist with the day to day running of the department and to participate and contribute in the growth of the department through ONLINE and LIVE auctions. This is essentially asales role and would suit an individual who has a flair and passion for selling property, speaking to, and guiding clients.
The ideal candidate is someone who has an enthusiasm to learn and develop their existing skills andknowledge. Full and thorough training will be given to the successful candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
This role is supporting the Auctions team by taking responsibility for the following duties:- General sales duties including phone calls
- Database management
- Dealing with pre-Auction offers
- Dealing with Auction enquiries
- Negotiating post auction sales
- Answer phone messages
- Key management
- Rightmove enquiries (twice daily)
- Booking viewings
- Photos and measure ups
- Adhoc viewings
- Board audits
- Facebook campaigns
- Mailchimp campaigns
No experience necessary, although a property sales background would be an advantage
Skills
- Sales experience would be advantageous particular in the property market
- Must have a full driving licence and own a car
- Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
- Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
- Proactive and business minded,
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally,
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle,
- Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise own time and workload,
- Ability to work well on their own and as a team,
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages,
- Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate that they can work on their own initiative

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 8.45 – 5.30Alternate Saturdays 9.00 – 12.30 (with time off in lieu)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience, plus commission
