  • Job Title/Location: Pension Events/Projects Administrator, London
  • Salary: To £31,000
  • Office/WFH: 2 days office & 3 days WFH per week
  • Requirements: Some experience in DB or DC pensions administration along with good time management skills.
  • Role Snapshot: Wide-ranging role lending support for all types of activities including benefit statements, pension increases, scheme valuations & other bulk processing exercises

The Company: An established pensions business, recent industry award winners and recognised for their investment in people, so a good company to develop with long-term. Just under 200 people within the business, including 50 people working remotely.

The Role: The Pension Events/Projects Administrator role will see you providing team support across a range of activities, key responsibilities including:

  • Annual events processing - i.e. pension increases, benefit statements, valuation extracts.
  • Regular or ad-hoc reporting, data loads, bulk mailings & other similar processes/activities.
  • Undertake regular checks of the team’s work for quality & accuracy, providing feedback and support to the team.
  • Train, support & supervise staff to provide effective delivery of a timely & accurate service to customers.
  • Challenge procedures to identify process improvements & deliver improved operational efficiencies.
  • Work with other teams in implementing new clients, system enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Participation in new business exercises, representing the Company to external prospects/clients.

Skills / Experience Required: For this Pension Events/Projects Administrator role you must have some experience in DB or DC pensions administration along with good time management skills in order to help with meeting project deadlines. A hard working attitude as well as attention to detail and accuracy are other key requirements.
