Your new company
A social housing provider in Lincolnshire is looking for a Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis. Covering a patch around Lincolnshire but with jobs focused around the area closest to you. (Usual hotspots are Louth & Skegness).Paid 40 hours per week, working 8am - 4:30pm.
£31,800 salary
Van and fuel card included

Your new roleSocial housing occupied properties around Lincolnshire
Joinery works (kitchen fitting, doors, skirtings & architraves etc.)
Basic multiskilled work as and when required
Working to decrease the repairs backlog and complete all new repairs requests for tenants.
What you'll need to succeedIdeal qualifications include: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (will consider time-served)
Full UK driving licenseBe able to pass a DBS check
Be confident when dealing with tenants (ideally worked in social housing or another public facing maintenance role)
