Quality Assurance Engineer
Job type: Contract
IR35 status: Inside
Start date: ASAP, subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: £45 per hour PAYE
Location: Leicester
Hours of work: 37hrs Mon-Fri
Applicants must posses the following:- Degree in a Science/Engineering discipline or relevant qualification
- Strong working knowledge of relevant quality standards/requirements
- Strong understanding of customer quality requirements
- Working knowledge of ISO9001 standards
- The ability to investigate situations by using industry best practice tools
- Nuclear industry experience
- SC clearance
- Chartered Quality Institution membership
- Provide quality assurance support to the business in aid of service delivery
- Offering support to the assurance programme/projects.
- Develop and implement quality arrangements across various delivery activities
- Be responsible for ensuring that activities are undertaken to define the implementation status of various arrangements and reporting relevant information.
- Provide support to the management team in order to maximise resource factors relevant to the business area
- Offering advice and support to the business on all aspects of quality. This include the delivery of plans where appropriate levels of quality were met and subsequently allocated to the control of work activities
