About Our Client

Our client is a newly-established law firm, based in Cheadle Hulme. They are looking for two Residential Conveyancers to join the team.

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of conveyancing transactions from start to finish manly for high net worth purchases - often funded as cash buyers or by bridging finance.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Prepare and review legal documents pertinent to residential conveyancing
• Collaborate with team members in the department to ensure seamless operations
• Adhere to the firm's protocols and the broader legal regulations
• Proactively address any potential issues to avoid transaction delays
• Conduct legal research to stay abreast of developments in residential conveyancing
• Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Conveyancer should have between 2-5 years experience in residential conveyancing matters. Please note the level of experience identified is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
