Considering the importance of the KS1 SATs during this period, the Head Teacher has emphasised the need for the successful candidate to have prior experience in teaching Year 2. Whether you are a Trainee Teacher or a qualified Teacher, having a solid understanding of the Year 2 expectations will be highly valuable.In your application, we also expect you to demonstrate a creative yet purposeful approach to teaching and learning, exceptional organisational skills, and a deep commitment to both the role and the development of the pupils.
