We have a brand new opportunity available working for a leading healthcare organisation that provides specific treatments in Renal and Kidney diseases. They are seeking a Clinic Manager to join their team located in Nottinghamshire.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

Ideal Requirements for a Clinic Manager
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a Senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
  • Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
Role Responsibilities for a Clinic Manager
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with referring Client Organisation/s and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Full operational and clinical management of the clinics, maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits.
