We are a dynamic and growing organisation looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. As we aim to enhance our financial operations, we seek a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to lead our finance function.

• Business Planning: Develop and manage the business plan, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Costings: Oversee and analyse cost structures to support decision-making and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Manage a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Partnership with Operations: Work closely with the operational team to ensure financial strategies support business objectives.
• Management Accounting Transition: Play a pivotal role in bringing management accounting in-house in the future.
• Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts for utilities, telecoms, and building services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value.

• Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract management.
