About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a team of 7, including 2 administrative staff, in a busy air cargo operation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership experience within the air cargo industry, ensuring efficient, compliant, and safe warehouse operations.

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 7 staff (including 2 admin)
• Oversee daily air cargo warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with aviation security protocols and warehouse regulations
• Operate and manage forklifts safely and efficiently
• Provide cover on occasional Saturdays and extended hours when operational needs demand
• Coordinate with other departments to meet delivery deadlines and service levels

• Previous warehouse leadership experience within the air cargo industry
• Forklift operation experience
• Working knowledge of X-ray, ETD, and FREDD screening processes
• Ability to obtain a 5-year employment referencing and pass a clear DBS check
• Willingness to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays (paid overtime)
• Strong understanding of health & safety and airside security procedures
