- 55 hours work week working Wednesday to Sunday with 1 night off.
As a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef, you will be a key part of the kitchen team, supporting in food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Deputy Chef, Second Chef, Senior Chef, Senior Chef de Partieor in a similar role.At least 4 years of experience.
Possess level 3 qualifications in Food and hygiene.
Ideally have Michelin or Rosette experience.
Valid U driving licence.
