**What You Will Do:**- Spearhead IT projects and provide 3rd Line Support, focusing on Network Infrastructure, IT Security, and Cloud migrations.
- Enhance IT systems by managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DCs, DHCP, DNS, and Azure & Azure AD (Backup & Recovery, Replication).
- Lead the full migration from Exchange to Office 365 & Azure, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of HP DL range of servers, HP MSA SANS, 3PAR, Nimble & Primera, and HP switches.
- Implement and manage SonicWall, Draytek, and Cisco Meraki systems for optimal security and connectivity.
- Contribute to the IT Security framework, including Endpoint Protection, Patching, and Encryption, ensuring robust protection against threats.
- Proven experience with EDR Systems, Azure (Security, Networking, VM), and 3rd Line Support.
- Demonstrated ability in working on IT Projects, including documentation and team assistance.
- Familiarity with Windows Servers 2016 / 2019 upgrades, Hyper V Clusters, SAN Storage, and VOIP systems.
- A keen eye for IT Security measures and a solid understanding of remote site support.

**Location:**
Based in Leeds, this role offers the flexibility of 1-2 days of home working, with office hours from Monday-Thursday 8-4.30 and Friday 8-13.30.
