Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a temporary role in a busy school reception area? We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary School Receptionist at our client's school. With an urgent start, this position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13-£15, alongside Boost Benefits and holiday pay.
Responsibilities:
- Support parents and colleagues with any inquiries they may have
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide a warm and professional greeting to visitors
- Open the front gate and accept deliveries with a smile
- Assist with general administration tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
- An individual with an Enhanced DBS on the update service to ensure a safe environment for students
- Confidence and composure in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Excellent communication skills to offer a consultative service to parents and colleagues alike
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effective
